Streyka Wilder Chelseer Dragonblood is a half-elf Speaker born on a world little-known to the Elkandu.
Streyka was transformed into a vampire by Sarril Farmer, who proceeded to abandon her and allow her to see if she could survive on her own while monitoring her from a distance without her knowledge. Streyka, however, took pride in learning her abilities herself, and created her own strain of vampirism through her own strength of will.
Streyka later went to Lezaria and eventually wound up as the head of the Lezarian Council. She married Ishane Daiceln, sometime leader of Tempest.
