Baynorthtown is a city in Hluseenia, on the world of Lezaria. It lies on the eastern banks of the estuary of the River Hluseena. A failed attempt at taking advantage of the position and rich farmland of Hluseenia, it was founded in 2672, and abandoned in 2675, a mere three years later, when the would-be settlers were driven off by dragons who did not appreciate the encroachment upon their territory and finally decided to do something about it.
The city was resettled following the Planar Wars after making arrangements and concessions with the draconic populace, who actually assisted this time.
